Sensitive Content Policy

The advertisement you upload on Lohli shall not in any way contain sensitive, obscene, offensive, pornographic or adult content. For the avoidance of doubt, advertisement that contains the following shall be considered as containing sensitive and offensive content:

Sexually explicit videos
Images, gifs, or motion pictures created to induce sexual arousal
Nudity
Any content promoting terrorism
Any content promoting crime or violence
Any content promoting racism or hate speech
Any content promoting religious extremism
Any content promoting fake news or misinformation
Any content promoting fraudulent activities

Notwithstanding the above examples, we reserve the right to determine what amounts to sensitive content at all times.

Where your advertisement breaches our Sensitive Content Policy, we shall immediately take down the advertisement and you shall be liable to pay a sum of money as penalty for such breach. We reserve the right to determine the amount to be paid as penalty but such penalty shall not be higher than One hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000) at any time. The amount to be paid as penalty shall be automatically deducted from your account after you have been notified of such breach. In addition to the penalty for such breach, we may also suspend or permanently delete your account depending on the gravity of the breach. In the case of suspension or permanent deletion we shall ensure a refund of monies loaded on your account within seven (7) working days of such suspension or deletion.

We reserve the right to update this policy without any notice to you. Where you are unsatisfied with our decision on your advertisement, you may direct your complaints to the appropriate channel in compliance with our Dispute Resolution Policy.
